He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Joiner and Evelyn Wynn Joiner; and his former wife Annis Opal Joiner. He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Simmons Joiner of Weeki Wachee, FL; and his stepchildren, Robin Loyd, Ruthann Hunniecutt, Ralph Loyd and Rick Loyd. He is also survived by brothers.
