He is survived by: his wife Ann Carol; his children, John III and Tracy; his stepdaughters, Kelly (Mike) and Lisa (Joe); his sisters, Cindy, Laurie, Betty and Sandy; his grandchild Ashley; his stepgrandchildren, Herman and Mikayla; and his pet Snickers.
