He was predeceased by: his mother C. Marguerite "Marge" Bukowski (Van Hoogstraten). He is survived by: his father Richard Bukowski (Gloria); his sister Pamela Bukowski; his father-in-law Marion "Mike" Drzewicki; his brothers-in-law, Keith Kintner and Mikey Drzewicki; his wife Judy A. Bukowski; his daughter Megan Jacobs (Brandon); his grandchildren, Collin, Addyson and Weston Jacobs; his siblings, Denise Kintner and Steve Miller; his mother-in-law Janice Drzewicki; and his siblings-in-law, Dan, Sheryl Drzewicki, Joy Gwizdala, Lori, Terry Dora, Cindy, Paul Rivard, Jill Ahler and Patti Bosco. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of dear friends.
