McNeely; his children, Gary David McNeely of Lucasville, Ohio, Deborah (Michael Epling) and Tammy (Fred Barnes); his grandchildren, Ashley Epling, Joshua McNeely and Anthony Yocum; and his great grandchildren, Alec, Hayden, Landon, Jackson and Evie.
