He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his son David P. Moore (Carla); his grandchildren, Michelle, Kaitlyn, Grant and Steven; his great grandchildren, Jadyn, Caiden and Felicity; and his siblings, Patricia Keith (Jim) and Dennis Moore (Shirley).
