He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Berckovits and Mary Berckovits (Muik). He is survived by: his wife Melosine "Sina" Berckovits (Witt); his daughters, Annemarie Furphy (Jerald), Denise Monaco (Tobias), Lisa Accardo (Gregory) and Christina Worsfold (Paul); his grandchildren, Timothy Furphy (Victoria), Kathryn Furphy (Melissa), Nicholas Monaco (Monica), Samantha Monaco, Brian Accardo, Matthew Worsfold (Kelly), Melissa Worsfold and Madison Worsfold; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Baylen, Hudson, Maverick, Amelia, Emma and Elliott; and his sister Rosemary Harrison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
