He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Hayes; his sons, Clinton Hayes (Kristan) of Webster, FL and Cameron Hayes (Samantha Knapp) of Bushnell, FL; his grandchildren, Kylar, Conley and Carson; and his sisters, Dorene Vann of Lake Placid, FL, Diann Achor of Winter Haven, FL and Faye Albritton of Bushnell, FL..
