He is survived by: his wife Ruth Alfonso of Webster, Florida; his daughter Rosie Koehler (John) of Chesapeake, Virginia; his grandsons, Robbie Koehler, John Koehler and Christopher Koehler; and his sister Shirley Ryan of California.
