He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer Oxendine and Annie Oxendine; his wife Inara Oxendine of Webster, Florida; his children, Eugene Oxendine (Lenore) of Lake Panasoffkee, Florida, Kelly Oxendine (Dedra) of Steele, Alabama, Ralph (Glenda) of Webster, Florida, Lucas Oxendine (Tanya) of Nobleton, Florida, Phillip (Chara) of Webster, Florida and Stephanie Vingelis (Scott) of Lake Grove; and his siblings, H. B. Oxendine of Bushnell, Florida and Anita Koerner (Michael) of Koernersville. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
