He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carter and Burdice Bethune. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Carter of Webster, Florida; his children, Tabatha Carter, Renee Carter, Danna Burton and Terry Carter; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Carter, Alexander Carter, Madison Carter and Chesny Carter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (8099 State Rte 471, Webster, FL 33597). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
