He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel O'Neill and Barbara O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Anna M. O'Neill of Webster, Florida; his siblings, Paul O'Neill (Lynne) of Delanson, Jerry O'Neill of Delanson, Lucy Wilson (William) of New Port Richey and Laurena McDermott (William) of Burlington, Massachusetts; and his brother-in-law William Hood of Goldenrod, Florida. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
