He is survived by: his girlfriend Anita Taylor of Wausau, Florida; his children, Norman Taylor of Panama City, FL, Frances Taylor of Fountain, FL and Angela Steverson (Timothy) of Bonifay, FL; his nieces and nephews, Crystal, Charlotte, Lynn, Butch and Chuck; his daughter-in-law Teresa Stubbs; and his grandchildren, Mitchell Taylor, Mary Walters, Miranda Walters, Milton Walters, Rebecca Mills (Kamon), Kelly Taylor, Norman Taylor III, Andrew Taylor, Donna Crosby (Ronny) and Dillon Mefford. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren;; numerous cousins.
