He is survived by: his son Timothy Carter (Dawn); his daughter-in-law Susan Carter; his siblings, Dalton Carter and Lora Mae Walizer; his grandchildren, Sean Carter (Sarah) and Kristina Carter; and his great grandchildren, Samson Carter, Solomon Carter and Sadie Carter.
