He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Herbert Koch and Frances Elizabeth Hastings Koch; his daughter Carolyn Marie Lawrence; his wife Ruth; his children, Bobby Koch and Micki Glenn (Mike); his sister Connie Jones (Preston); his stepdaughter Jen Carlisle (Doug); his stepgranddaughter Mandy Longo (Andrew); and his stepdaughters, Reds, Kinsley and Kayleigh.
Carolyn sadly began showing early signs of Alzheimer's when she was only 64 years old.
