He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Phillips and Lucille Carter Phillips; and his brother Donald Phil Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Joe Phillips (Audrey) of Granberry, TX, Lynn Gothard (Al) of Wausau, FL, Cindy Pettis (David, Sr.) of Chipley, FL and Sharon Gross (John) of Wausau, FL; his significant other Margie Bourg of Wausau, FL; and his sister-in-law Dixie Phillips of Lake City, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
