He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Cowart and Delois Cowart. He is survived by: his wife Syline Cowart of Wauchula; his children, Timothy D. Cowart Sr. (Kristina) of Wauchula and Samantha Bergens (TJ) of Orlando; his sister Deborah Ljung (Anders) of Lake Placid; his uncles, Don Quinn and Dewey Wayne Cowart; his grandchildren, Timothy D. Cowart Jr, Maddisson Cowart, Kircie Graham and Lexi Cowart; and his close friend Carl Bryant (Debbie) of Wauchula. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
