Santos Cervantes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2025, at the age of 93, Santos Cervantes (Wauchula, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Santos farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Santos is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabel Sanchez and Andrea Ybarra Sanchez; her husband Juan Cervantes; and her sons, Juan Angel Cervantes and Carlos Javier Cervantes (Dora Lisa) of North Carolina.
She is survived by: her children, Guadalupe Cervantes (Hermalinda) of Texas, Esmeralda Lopez (Alfonso) of North Carolina and Maria Rita Carreno (Victor) of Wauchula, Florida.. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robarts Garden Chapel (529 W Main St, Wauchula, FL 33873). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Michael Catholic Church (408 Heard Bridge Rd, Wauchula, FL 33873).
