It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosetta Dawn Phelps (Wauchula, Florida), born in Bartow, Florida, who passed away on May 28, 2018, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Larry LeRoy Leggett, Rosalie Leggett and Dorothy Phelps. She is survived by: her parents, Larry Wingate of Wauchula and Corina "Cory" Wingate of Wauchula; her brother James Lee Wingate; her son Silas R. Wingate of Avon Park; her aunt Dawn Davis of Ocoee; and also, Larry Ancel Wingate of Wauchula, Daulton Wayne Wingate of Wauchula and Patricia Choquette of Bartow.
