He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mackey and Ruth Woods Mackey; his wife Jackie E. Mackey; and his sister Kathy Kaspark. He is survived by: his children, David Mackey (Jeannie) of Wauchula, FL. and Stephanie Mackey Steyer; his grandchildren, Kelen Steyer (Linda), Kyle Steyer (Dora), Kacey Steyer, Kaitlin Steyer and Michael Cross; and his great grandchildren, Kimber Steyer, Ayvee Steyer and Ella Steyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
