He is survived by: his wife Penny Smith of Wauchula; his daughters, Candace Miller of Virginia and Misty Smith of Bartow; his sister Vera Mae Cannon of Bartow; his grandchildren, Scott Hightower, Skylar Dees, Maddie Lanfair and Cason Upthegrove; and his great grandchildren, Cash and Grayson.
