He is survived by: his parents, Michael Choate and Linda Choate; his brothers, Keith Choate, Cole Choate and Clay Choate; his grandfather Robert Shiver; his uncle Robert Shiver Jr.; and his cousins, Cassidy Shiver, Kambryn, Ethan Lethers, Brooke Hartley and Many. He is also survived by great uncles, aunts, and cousins.

The family asks, in lieu of flowers. Please make a donation to the Hardee Athletic Foundation Inc. in an effort to create a Kyle Choate Memorial Baseball Scholarship to help pay future tuition to a graduating senior.
