She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Edwards and Ocie Edwards; her husband Horace Staton; her stepmother Beatrice Edwards; her children, Royce Staton and Linda Griffis; her grandsons, Walter Staton, Royce Allen Staton and Brian Staton; her children-in-law, William "Billy" Price Jr. and Lori Staton; and her siblings, Jean Ayers, Pearlene Colburn, Jeanette Plunkett, Earlene Colburn and Hershel Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Lesa Grimsley (Gary), Sherry Grimsley (Jerry), Selina Price, Jennifer Cunningham (Anthony), Sandra Baggett (Dan), Arnold Staton, Alan Staton (Beth) and Pat Miller (Chris); and her brother-in-law Thurman Plunkett. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, 16 great - great grandchildren.
