He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hampton Frazier and Margorie Waters Frazier; and his brother Robert Frazier III. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Thomas Frazier; his children, Karen Bolin of Avon Park and Terra Albritton (Dennis) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Hunter Scranton (Ariana) and Jayden Bolin; and his great grandchildren, Jamie Scranton and Jaelynn Spears.
