She is survived by: her sons, Ernest Whidden (Cheryl), John Whidden Sr. (Bonnie) and Vernon Whidden. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Robarts Garden Chapel (529 W Main St, Wauchula, FL 33873).
