She is survived by: her husband William T. Mulcay, Jr. (Bill); her daughters, Kelly Lowe (Mike) of Lakeland and Karen Kelly (David) of Eustis; her grandchildren, Matthew Lowe, Katherine Kelly, Sarah Lowe, JT Kelly and Anna Lowe; and her sister Debbie Pyle (Jim) of Wauchula.
