She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Rhodes and Ruby Ray Rhodes; her husband Jesse Eddings Sr.; and her children, Joyce Cumbie, Mary Smith, Catherine Kramer, Matthew Eddings and Louie Eddings.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Salmon (Fred) of Port Charlotte, Jesse Eddings Jr. (Joy) of Newport, Christopher Eddings (Lisa) of St. Petersburg, Hope Senkeleski (Bobby) of Wauchula, Mark Eddings (Iris) of Valdosta, Georgia, Robert Eddings of Perry and Dennis Eddings (Kathy) of Abbeville; her grandchildren, Fred Salmon Jr., Brandi McNulty, Emily Heibel, Anabelle Senkeleski, Courtney Touchette and Donald Touchette III; and her great grandchildren, Kerri Salmon-Bruns, Kaleigh Salmon, Abigail McNulty, Kevin McNulty Jr. and Emma McNulty.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Christian Church (1121 Louisiana St, Wauchula, FL 33873). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested to please make donations to the First Christian Church of Wauchula Kids World Building Fund in Jessie's honor.
