She was predeceased by: her parents, H. M. Roe and Fronie Roe; and her husband Randy Newsome. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristen Russell (Justin) of San Antonio and Karista Borjas (John) of Avon Park, Florida.; her siblings, Dick Roe (Kathy) of Wauchula and Emily Trotter (Wayne) of Georgia; her sister-in-law Sheena Benbow; and her grandchildren, Kayleigh Johnson, Alexandria Hernandez (Javier), Grace Borjas, Victoria Borjas, Jordyn Russell, Jiliana Russell, Liam Carrol and Rylinn Carrol.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (4350 W Main St, Wauchula, FL 33873).
