He is survived by: his sisters, Cynthia Boyette of Avon Park and Carol Polk (Johnny) of Sebring; his children, Caleb Boyette of Zolfo Springs and Katie Moye (Greg) of Wauchula; and his granddaughters, Ella and Gentry. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
