She is survived by: her daughter Amy Thomas; her sister Janice Collins of Arcadia Florida; her grandchildren, Candis Thomas, Maddie Thomas and Dylan Thomas; and her great grandchild Gavin Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
