He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Ayala and Magadalena Ayala; his wife Dora Alicia Cruz; his children, Marvin Ayala and Monica Ayala; and his brothers, Salvador Ayala Jr., Samuel Ayala and Matthew Ayala.
He is survived by: his children, Mario Ayala (Letty) of Labelle, Marvia Ayala of Wauchula, Merta Ayala (Tomas Ardoza) of Wauchula, Magda Ayala of Immokalee and Marlene Ayala of Immokalee; and his siblings, Jose Ayala (Natividad) of Immokalee, Arnoldo Ayala (Josephine) of Labelle, Jesus Ayala (Mary) of Immokalee and Irma Ayala (Roberto Trevino) of Albertville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
