Perez of Wauchula, FL; his sisters, Elizabeth Juarez (Dakota) of Crystal River, FL, Brianna Juarez of Wauchula, FL, Casey Juarez of Wauchula, FL, Tiffany Juarez of Crystal River, FL. and Kaylee Wingate (Brian) of Brandon, FL.; his grandparents, Joyce Perez, John M. Juarez (Liz) and Sherry Atchley; and his nieces and nephews, Lincoln, Lyla, Kashton, Leovonni, Nevaeh and Saylor.
