He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lester and Nora Delilah Crews (Lanier); his grandson Dillon Joseph Strickland; and his siblings, C. Elton Crews (Norma), Walton N Crews (Johnnie Mae), Denzil H Crews (Dovie), Harry L "Buck" Crews and Elizabeth Crews Smith (Bill).
He is survived by: his spouse Nonie (Faith Winona Bush); his daughters, Laura Strickland (Ronnie) and Gina Newby (Ron); his granddaughter Lorelei (Justin); and also Lyla Faith Platt.
