He was predeceased by: his wife Reba Newsome; and his parents, Robert Newsome and Sarah Newsome. He is survived by: his children, Randy Newsome (Jeanne) of Wauchula, FL and Sheena Benbow (Vernon) of Wauchula, FL; and his niece Patsy Weed. He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
