Palmer; his children, Lisa Dickerson, Leigh Lamonica (Joe), Steve Palmer (Jennifer) and West Palmer (Laina); his grandchildren, Katie, Jaime, Weston, Savanah, Kelly, Kelsey, Summer, Luke, Ellie and Sam; and his great grandchildren, Reese Grace and Palmer Grace.
