He is survived by: his wife Tammy Spain of Wauchula; his stepchildren, Willie Dickerson of Wauchula and Hannah Rosenberg (George) of Bartow; his brother Lamar Spain of Zolfo Springs; and his grandchildren, Lillian Rosenberg, Colton Rosenberg and Cameron Dickerson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
