He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Clyde Kelley and Doris Sowell Kelley; his wife Sarah Edwina Kelley (Wynn); and his siblings, Carolyn Dyal (Kelley), Roswell Kelley and Winston Kelley.
He is survived by: his son Shawn Kelley (Rachel); his siblings, Lenox Kelley of Ormand Beach, Jerome Kelley of Brooker and Dottie Kelley Cranford (Terry) of Branford; and his grandchildren, Sarah Kelley and Nathan Kelley.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Charles may make donations in his name to First Baptist Church of Waldo or Haven Hospice.
