He was predeceased by: his parents, C. A. Bryan and Madie McCollum Bryan; his siblings, Ernest Bryan and Evelyn Bryan; and his son Joseph "Joey" Bryan.

He is survived by: his wife Fran; and his children, Bart Bryan (Teresa), Lester Bryan and Eve Bryan.
