She is survived by: her children, Janet L. Smith-Moore (Fred), Joyce A. Smith-McCrary (Marty), Jay T Smith (Jacqueline) and Jack W. Smith (Sindy); her stepdaughters, Blythe Bixby-Kleinschmidt (Tom), Donna Bixby-Janus (Steve) and Debbie Bixby-Robertson (Donald); and her husband Jay W. Bixby. She is also survived by 21 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren and extended family members, many nieces, nephews and friends.
