He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Richard and Juanita Speckhart. He is survived by: his wife Julie Speckhart; his daughter Alexis; his son-in-law Aaron Zampaglione; his grandchildren, Phoenix and Noa Zampaglione of Viera, FL; his daughter Cameron Brock; his son-in-law Barron Brock of Gainesville, GA; his siblings, Tammy Ommodt (Kevin), Todd Dittmer (Shelly) and Tracy Frese (Eric); and his siblings-in-law, Gary Speckhart (Rita), Lacinda Mena (Junior), Brenda Meyer (Marvin) and Judy Spratt (Craig). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Burial: Bluff Hall Cemetery, Payson, Illinois, In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Waves of Grey Neuro-Oncology Endowment, supporting research programs at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center in Jacksonville, FL. (100% of proceeds go to research).
