He was predeceased by: his parents, William Litch and Mary Litch (Simpson); his siblings, Shirley Emerton, William Litch Jr. and Barbara Day; and his children, William Litch and Ruth Quint (Haven).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Litch (Thomas) of Ma; his grandchildren, Melissa, Bobby, Tiffany, Phillip III, Steffany, Matt, Jessica and Derek; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Meagan, Owen, Wyatt, Brady, Ethan, Max, Maisie, Harrison, Armani, Aaliyah, Kaden, Dylan and Grace; and his close friend Bobby Jacobsen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and Cousins.
