He was predeceased by: his wife Mary A. Beatty; and his parents, Bernice Beatty and Thomas Beatty. He is survived by: his children, Robert Beatty, MD (Rachel Beatty) and Kathy Pitts (Max Pitts); his granddaughters, Mary Harper, Olivia and Isabella Beatty; and his siblings, Carolyn Macri and James Beatty.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DeVol Funeral Home - Maryland (10 E Deer Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20877). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (11701 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878).
