He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stojak and Agnes Frydryk; his siblings, Walter, Joseph Stojak, Vera Horowitz, Emily Chmielewski, Marie Waskiewitz, Rose Rogala and Lottie Gello; and his son Robert.
He is survived by: his sister Teresa Krupa; his wife Beatrice Carta Stojak; his sons, John Stojak (Susan) of Melbourne and Richard Stojak (Julia) of San Diego; and his grandchildren, Jason, Matthew Stojak of Connecticut and Dr. Kristen L. S. Repa of Henrietta. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family can make a charitable memorial donation to hospice, St. John the Evangelist Church or any charity of choice.
