He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Patricia (Gus Diaz), Eileen Barth and Frank (Christine Barth); his grandsons, Matthew and Nicholas Diaz; his stepgrandchildren, Emilie and Matthew; his great grandchild Ezekiel; his sister Helen; his brother-in-law Don Kelly; and his brother Patrick. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
