He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ball Eubank, Sr. and Virginia Eubank; his sister Nancy Hoke; and his grandson Ty Dorsey. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Beasley Atkins-Eubank; his children, William B Eubank III (Jamie), Ellie Shropshire (Joe Rhodes), Karen Dorsey (Guy Jones) and Leigh Herring; his stepson Alex Atkins (Christy); and his grandchildren, Lacey, DJ, Wyck, Kennedy, Brady and Ashley.
Donations can be made in his memory to the Victory Center Military Store and Grace Baptist Church, both in Vero Beach.
