He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Rush Ragland, Jr. and Nancy Thomas Ragland. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Thurman Ragland; his son Tom Rush Ragland IV (Sally Hogin Ragland); his grandchildren, Jack and Juliet of Manchester, VT; his daughter Angela Ragland McConnell; his grandchildren, Mickey and Christopher; and his brothers, John T. Ragland (Susan) of Savannah, GA and Chris W. Ragland of Savannah, GA..
