Tagney of Vero Beach, Florida, born in Beverly, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 1, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Tagney and Jane Tagney; his wife Brooke Clark; and his close friend Patricia Neach. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Brookes Whitney (George) of Marion, MA and John Greenlef Tagney of Newburyport, MA; and his grandchildren, George H. Whitney and Elizabeth B. Whitney.
