He is survived by: his child Dziadzi; his wife Paula Szyjka of Vero Beach, FL; his children, David Szyjka (Kristin) of Baltimore, MD and Marcia Nystrom (Torbjorn) of Fairfax, VA; his granddaughters, Sofia and Stina Nystrom of Fairfax, VA; his sisters, Helen Bender of Baltimore, MD and Christine Wroten (Curtis) of Port Charlotte, FL; and his brothers-in-law, Carmine Cianchetta (Susan) of Easton, MD and Joe Cianchetta (Eva) of Chester, MD. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
