He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Owen Williams and Miriam E. Williams. He is survived by: his sister Susan Williams Perry (John W. Perry III) of Wayland; his nephew John Perry of San Diego; his niece Meagan Perry Occhialini (David Occhialini) of Wellesley; and his great-niece Emma Perry Occhialini of Wellesley, Massachusetts..
