He is survived by: his brother Malcolm; his wife Nancy; his children, Scott, Sara and Melissa; his children-in-law, Julie, Daniel and Jeff; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Delanie, Nate, Sophie, Zoey, Clara, Ilana and Liam. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

He also served on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Indian River Hospital for over 20 years.
