It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Harris of Vero Beach, Florida, born in Beaver Meadows, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Frey and Minta Frey; his daughter Jeannie Dunn; and his granddaughter Tracy Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Harris; his daughters, Helen Baxley (Jessie), Judith Soles and Phyllis Albro (Mike); and his grandchildren, Christy Hillburn, A. J. Babson, Jr., Hal Baxley, Christopher Wyngaard, Ashley Wyngaard, Mark Mitchell, Carissa Chantiles and Nicholas Chantiles.
